Endless Heat Sealing Stainless Steel Bands

East Anglian Fine Weld can supply Heat Sealing Bands to customer’s specifications. All of our heat sealing bands are manufactured from stainless steel and are available in any width and length.

Thicknesses:

• 0.076mm (3th)
• 0.127mm (5th)
• 0.15mm (6th)
• 0.177mm (7th)
• 0.2mm (8th)

We would recommend approximately the following thicknesses to roller diameter size:

• 0.076mm (3th) = 11/2″ (38mm) roller diam
• 0.127mm (5th) = 21/2″ (63mm) roller diam
• 0.177mm (7th) = 31/2″ (89mm) roller diam

Endless Bands can be supplied Plain or PTFE coated, food approved for easy release. We can also offer heat sealing bands with an extra long weld to prolong the life span. If you require samples to try or further information, please contact us.
